Anybody planning anything? Even though it's likely how I'll spend most of the upcoming year, I'd prefer not to ring it in home alone, drinking by myself and crying/masturbating.

(Or as my therapist and I call it, "crysturbating.")

As long as it's not your analrapist calling it "crysturbating."

There's always drinking alone at a park while listening to your Radiohead mixtape/playlist.

Emerald City Soul Club NYE's is always a really good time/drunken shitshow of a night that I can highly recommend.

This might bite me in the ass, but it looks like I'll have the boat back on Lake Union by NYE. Cleaning up after you assholes sounds better than drinking on the dock alone.

I'll have a nice view of the Space Needle, and the ritzy crowd @ McCormick's.

If there are a handful of people who can swim, or at least drown with out making a scene, i'd be happy you have you over.

Why don't we meet at South Lake Union Park instead? I realize WLC is our historic start, but the SLU park wasn't in the shape it is now.

I think we should all pitch in and get Nick a bike so he can come out and ride with us.

Funny story, I'm on the forums right now to whip up my "buy my Traitor frame so I can eat until the next payday" post. Joy.

Nothing; I'm making fun of his involvement in the last ride (walking to dancing), his involvement in the ride prior (walking to dancing), and his intent to participate in this ride (walking to dancing).

Wait... I get my NYE plans to walk to lofi for dancing... and last thursday I walked to the cha cha and we went dancing on a whim at Havana... but the ride prior to that? Wasn't that you getting to hoodsurf?

Oh! Yeah. Turns out I really like soul music. Especially of the rare/northern variety. I wish more of you danced.

How you gonna do it if you really don't want to dance? By standing on the wall.

Critical Mass blew. I was warm having rode from Burien, but no one else was. Showed up at SLU park, didn't see anyone. Stuck around for five minutes, then bused it back home. Happy new year in 1 hour, 57 minutes

Paul and I drank in the park for awhile, then biked it to the Summit, then back down to the Mars Bar where we proceeded to drink on the corner instead of going inside. At one point we stumbled into The Victory Lounge for a mustache party, then over to LoFi for soul music.

I got to experience the Paul DeWald School of Opening first hand. It was... amazing.

Soul club was fantastic, now the bloody Mary's at cantebury are strong. I do wish I'd gone to Belltown Underground after lofi though. I forget how they somehow keep serving drinks until the sun comes up.
