Come join us for great pizza, coffee, bicycles, and a chance to converse one-on-one with some of Seattle's cycling gurus at The Seattle Bike and Pike Expo of 2011.

At R+E Cycles, we love Seattle, and the small companies that actually produce their products here. In 2008, I asked our friends Charles and Rose Ann at Pike Brewing Company in Downtown Seattle if they would like to put on an event here in Seattle with other Seattle based entrepreneurs (and personalities) and they were just as excited about it as we were.
The flavor of Seattle Small Business is unique, and sometimes gets diluted when an event gets too overwhelmed with big firms that have unlimited advertising budgets. We thought it would be great to put on a smaller event that showcased unique Seattle companies and their products, while at the same time raise money for a local charity.

Over the last two years, the Bike and Pike has been a great success! We've raised thousands of dollars for Food Lifeline here in Seattle, and had lots of fun doing it.
Want to go to an event this February that's bicycle oriented and highly focused on Seattle based companies? The 2011 Seattle Bike and Pike Expo is for you!
frame shop tours are pretty cool if you're into bicycle nerdery, and the list of raffle prizes looks pretty awesome. last couple years i remember getting accidental drunk for a good cause.

Wasn't this the same day as Bike Expo last year?

I went last year and it was pretty awesome. Free coffee, snacks, tours, schwag.

A++ would do business with again.

oh sweet, I may be able to make this, I was worried about having a friend visiting seattle the same day but I realize that now that I have two functioning bicycles that the previous deterrent of "friend in town" is no longer a big deal for bicycle events!

bike collecting for teh win!

No you're right, it's an information deficient flyer. Needs the details present at the top of this page.

To be held at R+E Cycles
5627 University Way NE, Seattle
Saturday, Feb. 12th 10am - 5pm

You also live approximately 3 blocks from R&E cycles, right? Walking is good!

Yeah, R+E is directly behind my house across the alley! Super convenient when looking for emergency components or tubes.
Does the party hesitate long at the R+E shop or does most of the fun happen at the brewery?

I think it all happens at R+E. The brewery sends people to R+E.

It is an open house mostly for people who might like to buy R&E bikes. With beer and pizza being sold in the back alley as a fund raiser. And cool shop tours.

I don't think most people stay there all day. I normally stay for about 2 hours, and I think I nerd out in a framebuilding shop more than most.
