When I'm bored, this is the kind of thing I think about:
How far have you biked east, west, north and south from Seattle? When you measure one direction, pay no attention to the other directions. So Butte, Montana, is roughly as 'east' as Phoenix, Arizona, although obviously the latter is a longer ride.
Two categories: round trips where you biked both from and back to Seattle, and trips where you just biked it in one direction (either to or from Seattle). Ferries are allowed; other forms of help are not. You don't have to have done it all in one day, as long as you biked the whole trip.
My answers:
Round trip:
North: Deception Pass
South: Puyallup
East: Fall City
West: The westernmost point of Highway 20, near Coupeville
One way:
North: Deception Pass
South: Portland (STP)
East: Fall City
West: somewhere west of Chehalis, on the STP route
Obviously, your results may be more impressive than mine. My next question is: how easy would it be to extend any of your eight?

North: Guemes Island
East: Middle Fork
South: Portland
West: Wherever the fuck we went for that one ben country out there by skokomish.
I've come pretty close to covering the state, I need to ride farther north I guess.
North: SR20 near Ross Lake
West: 101 south of Raymond
South: Northwest Portland (same trip as east)
East: Idaho Border near Newport
The east one might be illegal, I'm using a technicality. In 1998 I biked from Seattle to Winthrop. In 2003 or 2004 I biked from Winthrop to Bead Lake (near Newport, ID). I covered all of the miles on bicycle tires, but not on the same bike or in the same year.
The west and south one used the ferry technicality.
I haven't ridden in SE WA at all. NE WA is probably the most interesting riding that I haven't done much of either.
None were round trips. The 1998 one (SR20, SR97, Iron Horse Trail) was supposed to be, but I f'd up my ankle and got a ride from near Easton.

One way from Seattle:
West - Tofino, B.C.
North - Kelowna, B.C.
East - Salida, CO
South - Puerto Palomas, Mexico
Round trip bounds are San Juans, Wallace Falls and Ben Country trips.

This motivates me to ride more.
North 1-way: Vancouver
South 1-way: Portland
East 1-way: Suiattle (barely beating Snoqualmie Pass)
West round trip: Allyn
Why have I not ridden over to Hurricane Ridge? Might have to add that as a one-nighter sometime this summer.
There's definitely a point or trip type where I switch from riding from Seattle to driving, then riding.

Someone needs to exploit the ferry loophole and go to Juneau.

Is the Kalakala still seaworthy? I bet you could get that thing pretty cheap.

My North American bounding box is not particular exciting.
North + West: Victoria BC
South: Renton (INORITE?)
East: Ben Country VI

so far's i know the klickitat is still out of commission over in PT. she's cute, small, mostly seaworthy and not heavily guarded.

I've covered much of the state, but trend towards one-way trips utilizing the train. Once SE Wa cools off but before snow comes, I'm game for a PDX-> Walla Walla trip through the Gorge. Lewis & Clark Trail on Adventure Cycling.

South: Seahurst Park in Burien
West: Lincoln Park
East: Lake Sammamish St. Park

I wasn't going to post mine, but Jeff's didn't span a whole continent either so I felt comfortable putting it up.

South: Renton
East: Spokane (one-way)
West: NAS Widbey (right next to it)
North:Anacortes
W&N were on a loop ride starting at Mukilteo, riding north to cross onto Whidbey at Deception Pass, and then riding south back to Clinton to take the ferry back to Mukilteo. Did that back in '09.
Spokane was a one-way ride, when I did RedSpoke in '08. South? Strangely, I've never done STP, and all the buddies I used to ride with before I met you folks lived up north. However, one of 'em has now moved down to SR 167, so it's likely I'll be pushing southward more this year.

Well, I went up to Kingston/Edmonds on that Poulsbo ride, but that's just how I roll. (Too far north).

I'm told you guys once rode to the Bothell Alehouse, but that might have been a Tuesday? I keep hoping that someday when I have to stay late at school on a Thursday, the ride can come fetch me there.

I really recommend the NE corner of the state. It's the best part. Has anybody circumnavigated yet? I'd love to hear tips about foreign travel.

N - Vancouver
Loop - seattle, hwy 20, omak, nespelem, lind, starbuck, walla walla, white pass, long view, north cove, aberdeen, matlock, bremerton, seattle. (November 2008)

oh actually, looks like ya'll cheated and took the light rail. not allowed by greg's rules! so kent art pit it is.
and here's the box:
not bad for a dumb little bike club. if you count joeball mountain as a thursday ride and not a supernumerary, you can eke out a little bit more west by including that.

Everyone rode all the way south (awesome route, H/T joeball) and some people rode all the way back.
You would have light railed back from the artpit if it had existed at the time, don't judge.

Yeah, those of us who rode home detoured at some bar where Chase almost got in a fight with some guy after taking a picture of his car parked in a handicapped spot. It ended with the police being called. Memories!
