I put that one on my new bike, seems to work well, it has a barrel adjuster but it is not shown in the image for some reason.

In addition to getting one with a barrel adjuster, I'd suggest you get one that has the little cut infront that makes it possible to get the cable in/out. It'll make B.S. like turning your handlebars sideways for travel much easier.

oh, the one I linked to apparently has a completely inaccurate image, oops. It has the same cut that Kevin mentioned (The Origin 8 & Problem Solvers version are likely even manufactured by the same overseas operation).

Im kind of into option 3. Except for the part where it's hard to locate in the shops.

and, jess, recycled has a similar one in stock. but it's ~$15 and black.
