31.8 fondlebars for my rando/camp/whatever bikething. Compact road, dirt drops, randos could all work. somewhere around 440.

Okay, so I didn't find everything needed at the swap, let's see if any are available here/can be pointed towards.
- stem adapter, I have the clamp component, but current one is a quill and too small.
- 26" threadless disc road fork, current one is 1-1/8" threaded which I'm told is pretty odd and recycled didn't have anything that would work.
- long pull brake levers, current ones have taken quite a few crashes and should probably be replaced, likely opting to stick with flats rather than drops.

Salt: I have a 1-1/8" threaded headset if you want it for that fork. You can also put a 1" quill stem into a 1-1/8" threaded fork using a shim. You can also get a quill to threadless stem adapter if you want.
I also have flat bar long-pull brake levers that I'd happily sell.

I have a few stems that are for use with 1-1/8" threaded steerer forks.
For clarity the quill itself is 25.4mm (1") diameter.
Bikeworks will also have a ton of these. They are very common from a certain era of mountain bikes.
HOWEVER they will almost universally be 110mm+ in length, and 90° or taller in rise, and for 25.4mm bars. Often they do not have a removable faceplate, which makes using them with (25.4)drop bars tricky.
1-1/8" threaded fork with brake posts for a 26" wheel are likewise not uncommon. Again from a specific era of old mtbs. Yes you could swap it out. Finding a fork that has disc tabs but is also NOT suspension-corrected will be a bit tricky. Just keep your current fork.
As Alex said there are also options for using your current fork + adapter with a more modern stem, OR with a more typical quill stem meant for a 1" steerer fork. I have done this using a couple of different methods and they work fine.

I haven't had time to browse forks at Bikeworks, was surprised Recycled didn't have anything. But as has been pointed out, disc tabs and not suspension-corrected is tricky.
To clarify, my current quill has a removable faceplace, but the bars are 31.8mm, thus the need to change. Also, I got a 120mm stem, just need to figure out how to get it onto the fork, thus moving away from a quill.
Regarding threaded to threadless adapters, most of the ones on Amazon appear to be 1" threaded to 1-1/8" threadless, but I need 1-1/8" threaded to 1-1/8" threadless, am I reading it wrong?
As for keeping the current fork, new bars will totally suffice for now, but I did pick up a 26" disc wheel at the swap and if I keep this frame long enough, it would be nice to run.

Saddle is all the way back, it is also ~6+" higher than the top of the bars.
Current reach is probably alright, but I'd consider going further #shortleglongarmworldproblems
It looks pretty stock, maybe even a bit shorter. I can take measurements in the near future, but the others who were riding with me Saturday were vocal about just how large a difference in height there was.
