Anybody want to build up a second mobile music unit for CM? I have a car stereo deck, and two decent 6x9's. If you can come across a trailer, a battery, an antenna, (optionally, an amp and a subwoofer), and build a box for it all, I'll broadcast over FM from my ipod and we can be rockin' from multiple bikes.
Let me know. My plate is full for the next month or so, but I'll definitely bring an improved version of my sound system to the next CM.

I posted this on lj, but i have a 12" Infinity Kappa in a bandpass box with a 300x1 watt RMS Alpine Amp, all nicely custom built into a single unit (by yours truly).
heavy as fuck, but it's all yours if you want it.

If I was going to put together a bike audio system today, I'm not sure I'd even go the car deck, amp, speakers, speaker boxes, and battery route.
At a CM ride several months ago someone had an all-in-one PA system that was putting out an impressive amount of sound. It had the battery built in and everything. Just charge the battery, plug in a source, and go. It wasn't much larger then a normal sub box.
