mentioned this to a few .83 folks already; if you're looking to get some skill work in before the season starts, The Polka Dot Jersey is running CX practice sessions every Wednesday. meet up at 6:30, roll out from their shop to Genesee Park at 6:40. now's the time to get the equipment dialed in and fix your stutter step remounts. details here:

registered already for StarCrossed and planning on doing MFG again this year. as with last season, I'll be making a few trips down south to get some OBRA racing in as well.

tonight's practice brought out the largest group so far this season. well over a dozen riders, lots of new faces.

as the daylight starts to become more limited starting next week, the meetup at Polka Dot Jersey moves to 6:15, with practice at Genesee Park at 6:30.

It has been brought to my attention that CX is rad, and that there's no time like the present to try it... as soon as I have a worthy steed. Anybody know of a bike I can borrow/buy, prolly somewhere around a 52?

If so, you bet your buttons I'll be joinin' ya at a Wed. practice, Rob.
