i can be there from 10 - 1 as i've got an afternoon engagement. would that be helpful? will anyone i know be there who would like to borrow my tools (if needed) for the rest of the work shift?

So I, uh, missed the red-square meetup, but I made it to sand point on time :)

Anybody want to go tomorrow? They'll be there from 10-5 again, starting to load bikes around 1:00 but still wrenching as they go. Volunteers with and without wrenching skills are welcome! *edit- I can't make it tomorrow* It was a hella good time, free food, fun bikes to wrench on and ride around in the hangar, some foot-down action, and it's all for a good cause.

I work sundays and some saturdays including today, sorry to miss it. Will there be anything else related to this happening again soon? I hope I can make it if so.

'twas a good day all around, absolutely. i also can't make it tomorrow, but i'd highly recommend that any of you that could go help to please do so! i'm not nearly mechanically-savvy enough to do some of the maintenance work required, but lots of "grunt" labor is still badly needed -- i spent most of the day prepping bikes for loading onto trailers (removing pedals, offsetting headsets to make bikes "narrower"), and there's lots more work to be done.

thanks to harlot, lantius, zackalope, and denny for coming and helping out! also props to josh at the college in for hanging out and providing beers, and for riding downtown to Mamas in the friggin' downpour afterwards. sweet mother of crap was it ever raining yesterday.

i got up a little late but i'm going to head down and help out for a couple hours this morning regardless. if you're interested at all in helping you should come down!
