okay
it's a "pre-ride" then. thank you for the clarifying note joby. i can see from the imput that i have gotten that this time it will not work to switch starting locations. i do wonder if we will ever be able to if it is needed... ?
i already have folks telling me they will meet me there at Cal park. so we who meet there will be sure to do our best to get to westlake before 6. i really would rather not hang out in that frey though... any way the folks at westlake could merge in with us on the open road? could we communicate by walkie-talkie? or cell phone? i guess i really won't know how crazy it is until i see it...
also, if anyone wants to go see the movie Breaking Away at central cinema after mass (showings at 7:30 and 9:30). i think i might. i'll be spreading the word at mass too... dinner and a rad bike movie after a nice radical bike ride? i think so.
thanks for the feedback.

It's seriously not that crazy downtown on tday mass.. it wasn't last year. That was my second CM ever and other than haveing just a little bit of trouble making it to the square (I was still new to Seattle and got lost way easy), it was cake. You guys should just meet up with us there like the other group.

The most important part is not being scared of the unknown. There might be cops and tons of shoppers, but we have a right to that public space as well.
Just act peaceful and friendly and all will be well.
