about 8 of us left westlake at 720. headed out for free lattes at a starbucks thenshot up myrtle edwards, over ballard bridge, and up to hollman dicks for a pile of cheeseburgers (we even hit some snow up on top of the hill).

ended up at denny's house and threw on the Red Light Go DVD

By the time we left denny's house we had about tripled in size, everyone was piling in to watch the race.

we did a "last chance" race first, gave everyone one last chance to get a 2005 spoke card, and a last chance to run the winners race. Seth won the race by a good distance and got his way into the finals

The final race was with all the years winners. Seth, Daniel, Colin, Scott, Denny, Justin, and .. (did i miss anyone?).. Tyson couldnt make it, he sent me an email that i just got saying to throw seth in as his replacement, it worked out that seth made it in anyways.. the only other person missing was david from january, but hes in anacortes and i only got his email address today and havent heard back from him.

it was a solid fast paced race, one pile up where four or five of them scraped together but no one went down. Daniel and Seth were neck and neck coming in the finish line. Daniel nosed just ahead to win.

good times for sure

next year we'll have a new trophy, daniel gets to keep the old one. Denny and Dean are putting the new trophy together and it is going to rock the balls.

No race this december, someone else does a new years midnight race (messman?).. greenlake race will be back on last friday of january.

Third place biatches! Second loser is good enough for me.

I found out I busted a rear spoke in the incident. It must have caught on Daniel's quick release, he was behind me when my front tire rubbed Seth's rear tire, and the fun began.

Good job everyone, that was a hell of a fast race, and very close at the end. Nice shortcut Scott and Justin :) And Seth, two races back to back, nice work.
