I found 8-speed ultegra barcons
Interrupter levers
Tektro QR aero levers
Everything that was on my list, in other words.
Also found fenders and a rack for the Talia's 2nd bike, so bonus.
Also, everyone should know: Scott did, in fact, show up to this event, and was mostly not too grumpy.

1 Steel King Waterbottle Cage: 2 bucks (usually go for about $16.00)
2 Envelopes from 1980 with a 15 cent bicycle stamp on them: a buck.
No 8 speed megarange cassettes, though.

Despite being the instigator, I failed to sell a single thing of my own. I did manage to sell a few things for Jimmy, Caroline, and Scott; though technically in the latter case it was to myself. Mostly it was lots of wandering around in a somnambulent haze, trying to see if anybody was selling decently wide 29er tires (they weren't). So, I guess on the good side I didn't really spend any money, but on the bad side, I didn't make any either. Also, I ate donuts.
Square was one for two in the "omg cool gadget" category; I expect the summer swap to be a superior experience since I'll be able to make sure that I've got kickass internet access.
Also, maybe I'll, you know, sell something at the summer swap.

After buying a set of awesome hydraulic brakes (marked $200 - thanks Paul) for $150, picking up a $300 rigid carbon 29er fork for $80, and paying for the space - I made over $700. And I might have a buyer for Grumpy.
GOOD DAY.

In hindsight I overpaid for one of them (the Univega) but underpaid on the other (coupled Bianchi Grizzly).
Normally I'd be veeery hesitant about buying an unknown frame that's had the finish incompletely sanded off and some heavily invasive amateur framebuilding mods done to it. However, it's a set of couplers for $50, so I'm not complaining.

I got a sweet CCCP jersey. 8 spd f'n mtb shifters and a quill stem/handlebar setup. I realized that the quill stem I got is still too long, though. Anyone want to trade me for a short quill stem? Or work something out?

I have to admit, the Swift is a nice saddle. Put it on my bike this morning, and actually still managed to attach my saddlebag, despite the Swift's lack of loops.
I sit a tad higher with the swift than I did with the swallow, so I'm going to ride it a bit and see if it's going to seriously affect comfort on my knees or not. Might need to drop it down just a hair, and maybe push the seat back a nudge - I feel a bit closer to my handlebars than before.

Blocking plates are present, they are solid with no holes in them. This means that for the one attached to the top tube nearest the seat tube, there is no vent hole.
Not sure it's a grizzly. I've found other Bianchis with all-top-tube cable routing , and I've found ones with this exact weird bi-laminate construction, but not a model with both at the same time.
I've got a Fisher fork that will work when cut shorter (Thanks Ducttape!), but I might leave it uncut and pick up something else from Bike Works for the time being. No rush to build it at this point, I mostly got it because it was a set of couplers.
