As in, who do you go to for Financial Management? I have a roll over to do, and some account consolidation work to do cleaning up after Qwest.
Can anyone recommend go to, or any amusing asides or anecdotal opinion? Is this something that I should anticipate paying fees on getting done?

Well, well, well, Mr. Moneybags.
Actually, I don't currently have any kind of long term management, I'm just shitting on your thread.
Just do what I do an supplement your income using new and creative m4m for pay Craigslist Ads.

I can't recommend a man, I can recommend a book that will help you understand the hidden fees that go with services that appear to be free.
