I was under the impression that transporting via vehicle to stash areas was OK, but after that the requirement was to carry said trees via bike, or bike trailer. Hence my suggestion that some folks head to that alley and grab the trees - while supplies last!

I'll keep an eye out over the next couple of days if I hear of any other large tree dumpings.

My pyro side is stronger than my bike dork side, therefore I approve of pre-staging.

But I do wish we could switch up the burn location and keep it "secret" to discourage driving on the night of the ride proper :p

I just don't know of other legal or discrete burn locations where we can send fire in a 50' radius without any issues.

I will be on this ride. On bike.

Figured it would be a good first ride back since the route is fairly flat.

Plus I am counting on everybody being loaded down with trees, if I have no tree I might just be able to keep up.

We just took down our tree today. Don't worry Heather - it's coming to the party!

I too will be coming to the party. Like Monica, this will be a fairly new ride back for me with my still angry knees, but they are getting slowly better and this ride is an easy one to do if I skip downtown and go from our house. :)
