Also I'd like to point out I scoured the internet for an hour looking for a "beer" merit badge that wasn't garbage. I gave up and made one.

Now with more Camping and Orienteering (Wayfinding).

Music is the closest badge to singing, but it didn't really fit. Also I rotated it 90° because a real sash has rows of three badges.

Also, in this order they sort of describe a ride. Cycle through traffic while finding your way to the beer. You might go Swimming or might need Fire Safety. Someone will likely put photos of your dumb ass getting First Aid up on the forums. Sometimes you go Camping and rowing.

You know, that looks great, I really like the feel. But, I think we can do better. Can you put some more pop and zing into it? Work with me here, I just want it to reach out to the user and shake them a bit. Make the fonts bigger too. And what about using a different font for those numbers? Why not comic sans? I hear everyone loves that font these days. The green background is very nice, but I wish it was greener. and maybe more textured.

The cracked iphone thing has promise if done with a photograph of an actual wreyforded screen, but Ian fucking wins this one.

Maybe move the numbers to the back, and put a singing/dancing badge (maybe a microphone or speaker?) in its place?

On the reverse you could make it a whole left shoulder treatment, with a khaki background, a cog+churchkey council insignia patch, and [.][8][3] below it.

The council insignia could be arc-shaped like this, but it might be easier to do round:
