Is this a good deal at REI?
My rear wheel has lost a about 8 spokes now, cheap factory 32 spoke wheel, looking to upgrade to 36 spoke.

it is entirely reasonable, the CR18 is a crowd favorite for cheap, decent rims.
You'll maybe want to have the wheel retensioned though, personally I never trust machine built wheels.
Get off the sidewalk and come ride in traffic like a grownup.

I have a used wheelset that I posted in the other thread that will probably work for you. they're 20/24 spoke front/rear, but Mavic uses bladed spokes instead of traditional ones. plenty strong, I've toured and raced on them with no issues.
fat rob.

Now's good. Before would have been better, but before is over.
