I have a very awesome fixed rear wheel. Velocity fusion rim / formula hub / phil spokes / 120mm spacing / new bearings. I was considering selling it with my track bike, but i might be willing to part with it outside the complete package. PM me.

You don't need a new back wheel, you just need a cog. I have a 14t available, as soon as I take it off the wheel it's on. You'll probably want a small chainring for that though, like a 40 or 42t.

says 42/14 is bad. Maybe you can find a 41t chainring?
Actually, now that I look at the chart, I think this cog is a 15t. I never rode such a monster as the 14t. I ran 42/15. Not amazing skid patches, but I try for the ambidextrous skids, so it's more like 10 than 5.
Maybe a 37 or a 38? Are those findable sizes? What's the BCD of your cranks?
