The stem will be easy, just strike the bolt with a hammer when it is about half an inch loose (don't take it all the way out because you still want the threads on the wedge to bear the shock).
The seatpost can be difficult. spray some around the top of the seatpost collar, leave that for a day or so, then remove the saddle, invert the frame and spray some more in to the seat tube through either the bottom bracket shell or bottle cage screw holes. Leave that for a day or so, then put the top of your seatpost in a bench vise, and use the frame as leverage to twist it out. Note- this technique may be destructive to the seatpost, but if it doesn't work, the only other option that I know of involves a sawzall, and that can get messy.

I'm pretty sure it's an aluminum seatpost, so it appears that ammonia will do the trick. Thanks for the suggestions, peeps.
