Frame Recommendation

So I'm looking for a frame with the following qualities:
* Road-like geometry
* Disc tabs
* horizontal drops
* Plenty of space for medium tires (28 to 32 maybe?)
* Plenty of space for fenders too
* No rack mounts needed.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Hmm, that's tricky.
If it's for single-speed cross or daily riding, I like the bianchi roger (), no derailleur hangers, and it has the integrated headset, which I honestly don't care for. It has eyelets at the fork, and it looks like the drops have eyelets too.
If you can compromise on the horizontal drops, and have a fair amount of cash, the Lemond Poprad Disc (l) isn't dreadful, looks great, is steel, plus it has the disc tab on the chainstay, where I like it.
The other option is to get a cross check frame or the like, get a disc fork, and then have disc tabs brazed on to the frame after the fact. I've thought about doing this a fair amount, but I've been apprehensive because disc alignment issue always felt like a nightmare.[/url]

that said, with the first two bikes, I have no freakin' idea how good the fender clearance is. the bianchi looks OK, but I'm unsure about the poprad.

Hmm, As for compromising on the horizontal drops, does anyone have opinions on using a chain tensioner like this?
Is it hokey and troublesome or easy and maintenance free?

Singlespeed or fixed gear? The tensioners only work for singlespeed.
I have one that you can borrow for a month or so if you'd like (after that I need it for the tandem).
My preference for such a bike would be a disk up front and a cantilever in the rear. The canti doesn't need to move like a disk caliper when you tension the chain. The rear brake isn't that important anyway.

Not sure exactly how road-like you're going for...

Another 29er frame option, I have a feeling the geometry would hardly feel "road like" though. THe zion frame from jenson
The Pompino would be another option, they only make 3 sizes but you would probably fit the largest, you could get a disc fork
The Voodoo Wazoo is another option, it has sliding drop outs but could be run single or geared at some point.
