There was a guy at the seattle bike expo last year who was building and selling bike trailers to tow behind mountain bikes up in the hills for hunters. He was building them so he could go deer hunting by bicycle.
If it would hold a deer, it would hold a lot of groceries, but I don't know about 200 lbs.
The other trailers that impressed me are the trailers and they will carry that much weight.

My favorite commercially available trailer is the BOB yak because it handles so well. Bikes at Work makes pretty cool big heavy duty trailers, but they're all bolted together. I guess that's a good thing if you want to be able to take it apart for storage or shipping, but it's a bad thing if you want to use it for a long time without having the whole thing creep out of alignment.
If you don't mind throwing down 400+ dollars, I'll make you a trailer to whatever dimensions and capacity you want complete with welded steel frame, plywood deck, powder coat paint job, and custom aluminum and stainless steel hitch.

rei was blowing out a nice "croozer" flat bed cargo trailer about a month or so ago. about $150.
but now i can't find it on their website, although they may have one in stock.
