For rent June 1: 2 BR apt within house, West Seattle Fix it, repair it, how do I do it, what's the best part to use, and now: how do I get there?

Technically Pigeon Point or else "North Delridge" if you prefer .. at any rate, it's three minutes by bike or car from either of the WS bridges.

Part of a triplex kinda deal; the main house has upstairs and downstairs apartments, and then behind that is the 1 BR house/cottage thing where I live. The upstairs apartment of the main house is up for rent June 1st. Rent is 1250/month, plus utilities, which are mostly gas.

The two bedrooms are pretty small but the living room and kitchen are spacious and have a view of Elliott Bay. Lots of storage in attic. Deck, small yard, and shared W/D.
