Raleigh Supercourse 57cms approx $400 Fix it, repair it, how do I do it, what's the best part to use, and now: how do I get there?

A friend of mine is selling this bike, price is probably negotiable if anyone need a spare road bike:

It's a Raleigh Supercourse 57cms.

I think it's a 2005, which I bought new last year. I put about 25 miles on it.

my bike is on page 8...it's pretty much stock (I replaced the pedals and put a slide on rear fender.)
