$200 gets you a tiny frame for a tiny person.
51.5 seat tube, 53 top tube and takes 700c wheels.
Chrome fork and driveside chainstay = SHINY
Braze-on Front Derailleur (also chrome [also = shiny])
The paint is pretty but has chips; no dents, just little chips and rub.

Little red Ciocc is off to a new home to be cared for by a man who I know will give it the love it needs.
On a similar note, I should really go give some attention to my Ciocc bike, poor little guy needs new wheels.
