bestest lights ever! add the bestest customer service and 2 year warrenty and they are more then worth the price. oh yeah and they have a battery trade in program.

So... the lights Andre mentions are in stock now. I need a good, bright, so I CAN SEE light. not so much so people can see me, I have lots of those.

After my accident (which wasn't b/c of the dark), I am into preventative seeing on trails and on my commute home in the winter.

$100 is a great price, but I'm willing to pay more, I just want a good, bright light. if it's not too much to ask, also not too heavy or bulky.

2 others I've heard recommended: Night Rider and Sol.

I couldn't follow Stick's link for the dinottes, but would like to check those out too.

The light I mentioned is made by nite rider, it is light (no pun intended), relatively inexpensive and should offer decent "too see by" light. Thing is in complete dark it will seem like it shows you everything, but under streetlights it won't matter, same reason people drive through the city without their headlights on and they don't even notice.

I don't think you need to pay much more or get more light, in fact during group rides the super bright lights are annoying and mess with other folks vision. So smaller, tame lights to keep you legal are good. When you are by yourself by all means, see and be seen.

dinotte lights are a similar product, choose as needed.

I'd love to do a group order--if I know people will pay me. Seems like a pretty good deal, especially at 20% off. 1 for me--anyone else need one, Andre, did you already order?

If others want to go in on the group order, I need to 1) know you; 2) you have to have a job/be a shipping heir; c) regardless of income source, you have to pay me back
