My buddy Geoff who's making fancy rain bikes () is trying to build Fender Adapters for Disc brakes. Planet Bike fenders come with such a piece - essentially a small hollow aluminum tube with a long bolt in it that threads into the frame.
It's pretty much as un-critical a step as there is, but if he could anodize them black, it would look verrrrr-nitze.
Anybody got a guy?

what, he's building frames and is having fender mounting problems? disc brake tab goes on the chainstay. huzzah! no more fender problem.
