Milton Interurban Trail Fix it, repair it, how do I do it, what's the best part to use, and now: how do I get there?

This reference to the 'Milton Interurban Trail' intrigues me: .

Apparently it's only 2-3 miles long, and part of a planned expansion of the current South Interurban Trail from its current terminus in Pacific. The trail in Milton follows Hybelos Creek, just east of I-5 near where it bends in Fife. I've got to check it out sometime to see if it's a good way out of the Tacoma mudflats.
