How do you stick them to your bars and keep them from spinning and sliding off? So far Elmers is a complete fail, and rubber cement is only marginally successful.

+1 for 3M spray adhesive, just make sure the bars are absolutely clean before application. Rubbing alcohol works well.
Gorilla Glue might work, but it'll leave a mess if Kalen ever decides to change grips.

I talked to a few people before putting cork grips on my Kogswell. They all said Gorilla Glue. And it works. I just don't ever intend to take the grips off.
