I think you're making things too easy. What you need is
1. 130 OLD 9-speed disc rear wheel.
2. Fixed cog bolted to the 6-bolt disc mount.
3. Flip wheel and swap chain for fixededness.
OR
3. Install tandem crank (chainrings on left and right arms)
4. Leave wheel in place with 9-speed chain running through derailleur.
5. Install chain on left side to ride fixed. Be sure to shift your right-side drivetrain into a EDIT: LOWER gear than your fixed side.
