This baseball/soccer field chalk applicator could be a quick solution that also gets you a higher capacity of chalk. Also, this way you wouldn't get chalk all over your tires/brakes/self. A little shim in the nozzle and you can make a finer line. You'd have to rig a mount too, but with how long of a chalk cartridge you get it shouldn't be hard to bolt/weld on a little yolk getup.
