I'd vote the Eros: steel be real yo.
But more importantly: good steel is a nice light ride. I love the feel of a good steel bike with a carbon fork.
As a Cаmpagnolo pusher I would also lean towards the Bianchi. While Mirage isn't near the top of the Cаmpagnolo line, it's not the Shimano I'm-so-Sora-you-got-that component group.

but think how much more awesomer you would be with two more.
In my perfect world my stable of bikes would be
one fixie for fun
shogun for most rides
LHT for camping
Light bike for races.
probably everything else should be sent to the pasture.
