Has anybody taken the Edmonds <-> Pt Townsend ferry, yet? I'm thinking of taking Friday off work and heading out to the peninsula.

Also, has anybody ridden 101 south along Hood Canal? Did you just follow it around Mt Walker? I plugged in walking directions on Google, and it gave me which looks interesting, but I can't quite tell if it really goes through or not. Looks like utility roads for the power lines.

I rode 101 south on that route. We went west around Mt. Walker. I didn't see that Linger Longer route. Looks hilly but fun. Try it and let us know.
