I'll be showing someone how to repack their wheel bearings, tightening up Corpusjuris' drivetrain, and maybe showing folks those small things they don't feel comfortable doing by themselves because they don't have tiny wrenches or it costs money.
Beer, bikes, and be-hicular repair; there may be cake and snacks.

Do you have a location in mind? The default seems to be Dutch Bike Co which is a good location.
I was going to check alignment on Monie's LHT fork sometime this summer. My basement is a bit tight, but works for smaller wrench parties. My alignment setup isn't easy to move (the steel table weighs 150lbs).
I do have a full range of tools.

I was thinking a small setup at my place at Greenlake before I up and pack all my tools.
If people need alignments or any metal shaved to precision then Dutchy/Case de Alex would be a better idea.
I've got the standard lube, service, and install setup; no special big alignment equipment.
I was hoping to show someone how to repack their wheel bearings, tighten up Corpusjuris' drivetrain, install some drivetrain components, and show folks those small things they don't feel comfortable doing by themselves because they don't have tiny wrenches or it costs money.
What neighborhood are you in Alex?

been slowly acquiring bike specific tools (hence, no $$ for brifter conversion)
also have a semi-portable stand to lend to said party if needed.
Toy cars included.

This is a year and a half ago, right after my workshop remodel:

Damn, I wish it were that clean right now. That is part of my project tonight. Right now you can't even see the floor through all of the sharp pieces of metal and tools lying on the ground.
If someone buys the wrench sets from Chris and doesn't need the 16-19mm sizes I'd like another run of those. Specifically a 19, which I need for the drawbar on my milling machine.
I can't make the wrench party this Friday for very long, but could swing by with a headset press if Justin or anyone else still plans on replacing their headset and there isn't one already there.
