15mm pedal wrench? or something?
Posted: Sun Aug 30, 2009 8:26 pmare there ANY exceptions to the standard non-drive side pedal that can be removed by turning clockwise? The 15mm steel craftsman cres(c?)ent wrench flexed trying to get this thing off. I tried wd40 and clamping a pipe wrench on the end of the 15mm for more leverage, and hammers, all resulting in a flexing wrench. I [forgot the verb] the edges of the axle in the process too, but I still really think I can get it off.
So do I make someone feel great about lending their super duper pedal wrench to me if it helps? I can do things for it. If the other end is narrow enough I could probably stick this goodol pipe on the end and that has worked every time so far.
