What did you do to your bike today?

In the last week I have managed to have all three of my bikes break. Drop-out weld crack on the road bike, seized front STI shifter on the touring bike (warranteed shifter in route) and today I crashed while cyclocross practicing and bent the shit out of my derailleur hanger, but at least that can be fixed shortly/with relative ease. TODAY I BROKE MY BIKE.

Bought a front rack from Fred like 25 years ago, finally got around to installing it to be competitive in the "most weight on a regular wheelbase" class in a bicycle food drive tomorrow.

Not exactly a monumental feat, but had to dremel out the slots on the rack mount, because the mid-fork braze-on threads / bolts are some weird slightly wider 80's diameter.

It weighs a fuckton and I had to remove my front fender, so it probably won't be permanent, but here you go:
